[Also in Division B8] In an article carrier formed by folding a cut-blank, the handle is formed by a main handle panel 34 joined at tis outer end to one end of the carrier, a complementary handle panel 34 joined at its outer end to the other end of the carrier, with the inner edge of the complementary panel having a part 50 angularly disposed to the inner edge Z of the main panel whereby the panels are secured together by overlapping portions and with one end 51 registering approximately with the main panel: inner edge, and a reinforcing panel 38 having an inner edge (Z) coinciding with the inner edge, and foldably joined to the upper edge 39, of the main panel. If the carrier has two carrying parts 2, 3, on either side of fold line 39, there is provided additional main 44, complementary 36, and reinforcing 49, panels with the two reinforcing panels sandwiched between the main panels. |
