摘要

The crystalline preparation method for 7-[(Z)-2- (2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2- (2-carboxyprop-2-oxyimino) acetamido -3-(5-methyl- 1,4,6-triamino pyridinium-2-yl) thiomethyl-3- cephem-4-carboxylate (I) as cephalosporin consists of 1) dissolving (I) with seed and 2) precipitating (I) as hydrate at pH 2.5-4.0 at 10-35≦̸C. (I) is stable at higher temperature, and at long shelf life.
