摘要

The new ginkgolide (I) dervatives which inhibit platelet aggregation are 1) methoxymethoxy (I) A at C 10 position prepared from dimethoxymethane, 2) methoxyethoxy (I) B at C 10 or 1 position, from (I) B, dimethylamine and methoxyethoxymethyl chloride, 3) dimethoxymethoxy (I) B demethoxylated from 1,3,10-trimethoxymethoxy (I) B, 4) methylthiomethoxy at 1 or 10 position of (I) B in DMSO and acetic acid, 5) 1-methansulfonyl (I) B from methan sulfonyl chloride.
