MANUFACTUIRNG PROCESS FOR POLYESTER FILM

摘要

The method solves longitudinal heat contraction problems in the polyester film by repeating a longitudinal extension. It comprises the steps of: extending longitudinally the polyester film; performing a heat treatment at the temp. of 100-200 ≦̸C; passing the film through rollers including a dancer roll in the heating area while releasing the film by adjusting the running speed of feeding rollers.
