FORMING METHOD FOR POLYSTYLENE FOAM ARTICLES

摘要

The prefoamed styrene granules were fed into the mold with vacuum and 5-6kg/cm2 compressed air and the gasified water by the compressed air was fed into the mold which was cooled with using of the vacuum. Thus, the compress-transffered prefoamed granules were heated to 70≦̸C in mold and then the granules were molten-adhered then the gasified water was fed into the mold. The inner parts were dried by vacuum for 20 seconds to obtain the product.
