<p>The equipment comprises a run through drier and kiln, with channels for hot air, cold air or mixed air feed and discharge together with drying and firing zones. Along frames transport carriages move one above the other in tiers for the staged or continuous feed of the ceramic material through the zones. The transport carriages (1,15,16,17) have along their periphery box-type closed and possibly thermic insulating side walls (4) which tightly connect to other transport carriages either above or below in the frame tiers. They form the cover of the driver or firing kiln or one of their zones. To the cover and the thus formed shafts (19) tightly connect the hot air, cold air or mixed air feeds.</p> |
