A rotary rasp comprises a hollow body 11 having cutting edges 15, Fig. 1, and end cutting edges 16. In a modification, an end flange 36 is provided, Fig. 3, with cutting edges 38, and cutting edges 37 on at least one face of the flange. In a further modification, the rasp is connected to a twist drill 43 at 47, Fig. 4. In a still further modification, an insert 55, Fig. 5 is secured in the rasp body by screws 56, and a removable spring urged centre punch 62 is provided. |
