A flywheel comprising two coaxial members (1, 2) mutually rotatable counter to a torsional damper device (3). One of said members comprises an axially projecting centring nose (4, 40) engaging a central recess (5, 50, 51, ...) in the other member, and a supporting portion (6) is provided between said nose and said recess. Said portion (6) comprises at least one sliding-contact bearing (70, 62-66) made of a semi-crystalline hard polyetheretherketone material such as "Arlon" and provided for rotatably mounting the member with the central recess (5, 50, 51, ...) on the member with the centring nose (4, 40). Application in motor vehicles. |
