A cartridge for preparing purified nucleic acids from a cell sample. The cartridge includes a filter tube (12) inside a dialysis tube (10), and the ends of said tubes are fitted in end portions (14, 16) joined together by rigid longitudinal members (18) and designed to be connected to an assembly for supplying and removing substances such as a cell sample, reaction products and rinsing products.
