<p>An antitrauma packet to supplement the resistance to mechanical impact and/or to ballistic penetration of structures formed by panels of woven or felt-like (unwoven) or laminated polymeric fibers, which packet comprises at least one layer or sheet which defines a matrix of woven or felt-like (unwoven) polymeric fibers where a plurality of hollow microspheres are scattered.
