摘要

The apparatus prevents a chattering phenomenon and an overcurrent phenomenon. It comprises : (i) an input check part(21) checking whether or not there is a barcode data input when power is applied from VCO; (ii) a microprocessor(20) interpreting and outputting the corresponding signal after supervising input state of data according to output state of the input check part; (iii) a driving part(22) driving an LED according to output signal of the microprocessor; and (iv) a light emitting part(23) to enable the LED to turn on.
