Gripper control in turning drum of rotary sheet printing machine

The sheets are turned by gripping their rear edges. The gripper system is effective in a two-side printing mode, while an extra sheet holding system is effective in this mode. The gripper mechanism consists of gripper fittings on a swivel shaft, a gripper shaft and its lever (10) and gripper tongues. A swivelable roll lever (15), driven on its cam path (14) by a stationary control cam (17), is associated with the gripper shaft lever (10) associated with the roll lever via a cam roll (13).
