The proposed invention applies to the renovation of windows and balcony doors. The aim is: the reduction of heat transmission coefficient of windows and balcony doors. The essence of the invention: renovation method of windows and balcony doors is distinguished by that the third glass, being installed into the window's outward casement or doors outward leaf inner side. Initially the outward casement or outward leaf are cut, both their parts along one rim are connected by hinges and then connected by bolts and special nuts. The useful effect: the windows and balcony doors heat transmission coefficient is reduced.
