The apparatus includes a continer (10) having a number of isolation plates (11) and columns (12) isolated by the plates (11), pushing plates (30) each attached to the lower part of each column (12) by a long hole (15) formed into the lower part of each column (12), a transfer unit (50) having a screw bar (51) and a guide bar (52) in front of the plate (30), a supporting unit (42) having power supplying parts (43) over the screw bar (51), and a pushing stick operator unit (70) mounted at the bars (51,52) to control the whole columns (12), thereby controlling the whole columns by using a single pushing stick operator.
