The leaf springs (6,7) are fastened to the housing (1) via fixed bearings (Fi,Fa) at the lower ends (6a,7a), and via movable bearings (Li,La) in the section between lower and upper ends (6b,7b). The brake block holder (2) is suspended from the upper ends of the leaf springs via a rigid suspension bracket (3). The upper spring ends are connected by a crossbar, and the suspension bracket is suspended from it. Both ends of the bar are supported hinged in the spring ends. The bar has a bridge (25) across the bracket. The bridge acts with the spring ends to secure against turning.
