<p>PURPOSE:To provide the above method so that slipping owing to a resin flow is not generated even by mass lamination by a large-sized press, by performing laminated-molding by making use of one sheet fixed inner layer material joined tightly. CONSTITUTION:A double-sided copper-clad laminated sheet is manufactured by lamination-molding of prepreg comprised of an epoxy resin impregnated glass mat and a copper foil and a circuit is formed by performing etching treatment of the surface of the copper foil. Those inner layer sheets are arranged, joined mutually by a heat-resistant tape 2 and fixed by making into one sheet. A matter possessing a glassine paper base, adhesive layer, which is heat-resistant to 190 deg.C, and a thickness of 0.13mm is used as the heat-resistant tape 2. Then the inner layer material 1 joined tightly by the heat-resistant tape 2 is mass-laminated using the prepreg composed of the epoxy resin impregnated glass mat and a copper foil by a large-sized press and integration molding is preformed by heating and pressurizing.</p> |
