The device has a securing bar (30), the axis of which runs parallel to the frame plane and vertically to the hinge axis (11). The securing bar, on the strap side, is fixedly arranged in one of the opposing sides (1',4') of the fixed frame or the panel or pane, working in conjunction with the pane, panel or frame. The securing bar supports against the facing side of the opposing components. It extends out of the side of the fixed frame or the panel or pane in a straight line that on closing of the panel or pane it engages in the opposing side of the other component (1,4), without hindering the opening or closing of the panel or pane. Members are provided which limit the engagement rigidity of the securing bar. |
