Measurement appts. determining temp.-dependent magnetisation of pigments
摘要
The magnetometer has a hermetically sealed sample holder (13) in a thermally conductive block (11) of nonmagnetic metal or ceramic, heated to the desired temp. by coils (10) while temp. is measured by a nonmagnetic metallic thermoelement (12) plunged into the powder sample (3). The block is sepd. by a narrow gap (6) from the rim of a rotary drum (1) carrying inductive magnetic field sensors (2). The magnetisation is deduced from the induced voltage delivered to sliding contacts or a transformer (4) whose prim. winding rotates with the drum. Susceptibility is measured with a permanent magnet close to each field sensor.
