The double fabrics useful for tubes and cushions such as a life-saving garment or a mattress were manufactured by linking fabrics of an upper and a bottom of a plain weave. An upper plain weave(3) and a lower plain weave(4) were linked by a loop yarn(5), the distance between the upper plain weave(3) and the lower plain weave(4) is regularly settled. The plain weaves(3, 4) are weaved by a weft yarn(1) and a warp yarn(2), and the loop yarn(5) is supplied to the direction of the warp yarn(2).
