The sewage which was drained from the collective residential district such as building, apartment, factory, or leisure facilities coule be reused by the tube-type membrane separation device. The apparatus comprised the water-collection tank(1), strainer(2) for removing the solid, screen for removing the floating matter, tube-type membrane separation device(12), disinfectant input device(6), and discharging pump(16) of the floating matter in the concentrated water tank(3) and the solid in the water collection tank.
