The four-link hinge arrangement is guided by guide arms which are arranged in a Z formation, with their axes parallel to one another, whereby the guide arms during the opening process move counterwise to one another. The axes (45,46 or 47,48) of a guide arm (43 or 44) lie crookedly in the space and the other arm is guided by ball links (49,50). The momentary pole of the guide arms lies far removed from the installation space of the four-link against the direction of travel and within the vehicle.
