PURPOSE:To improve customer information service by means of a gasoline station point of sales (POS) system through utilization of the customer information of the POS system and a site response type customer service system. CONSTITUTION:A customer information controller includes a computer main body part 1, which is set adjacent to an existing POS terminal, and which preliminarily receives customer data, a recognition data input part 2 for inputting the recognition data on customers who come to a site, and a customer information site display part 3 for transmitting the customer information to employees at a filling site by means of radiocommunication, and the POS customer control information on customers who come to the site is transferred to employees by means of radiocommunication so that the employees can provide the customers with service on a site response basis. Quality customer information service can thus be provided. The installation cost can be reduced due to employing the POS. The construction expenses in a station area, which is an explosionproof area, can be reduced by installing the wireless system. |
