PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency for printing formats by collectively setting up the printing formats of a document for plural pages prior to its printing even when the printing formats of the document are respectively different. CONSTITUTION:Prior to the printing of a prepared document for plural pages, printing conditions such as paper size, enlarged or reduced printing and single side or double side printing for all pages are simultaneously set up in each page by a keyboard 21 and a mouse 22. A CPU 10 converts document data into printing data based upon the printing conditions set up by the keyboard 21 and the mouse 22. When printing conditions for three kinds of patterns e.g. are set up, the document data concerned are converted into three printing data. |
