PURPOSE:To prevent the mutual interference between the recording paper sheets by spreading the interval between the recording paper sheet which is resupplied again, by delaying the start of the succeeding operation of an image forming means by prescribed time, if the number of times of the operation of the image forming means exceeds the value corresponding to the prescribed number of pieces, when the set number of pieces is over a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:A copying machine is equipped with a light exposure scan part A, image forming part B, intermediate tray part C, paper feeding part D, and a reversing part E. When a recording paper on which the image of the first original document is formed is accommodated into the intermediate tray C, the image forming operation for the second original document is started, and the refeed of the recording paper which is accommodated in the intermediate tray C is started. In this case, If the set number of pieces is over a prescribed value and the number of times of the image forming operations exceeds that corresponding to the prescribed number of pieces, the start of the succeeding image forming operation is delayed by a paper time, and the interval from the preceding recording paper is spread. Accordingly, when the recording paper for the first original document is accommodated into the intermediate tray C, the mutual interference between the recording paper sheets on the start of the image forming operation for the second original document can be prevented. |
