<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an operation of authenitication from being complicated even when different kinds of application software for a security function are used frequently by setting authentication data after applying conversion when different kinds of contents of authorization data or data formats of a processing program are provided. CONSTITUTION:When the processing programs 200 with different authentication data 220 or security attribute 260 for the security function are started up alternately, since the user same as the user of the processing program 200 succeeds the security environment of the processing program 200 using just before also in a newly started up processing program 200, the security setting processing 250 of an operating system program 300 sets security environment switching processing 270 that is a condition to make access processing data 260, and converts the authorization data 220 and the security attribute 260.
