CONSTITUTION:The magnetic particles Z are obtained by dissolving a magnetic material by acidifying a water based dispersion medium W, depositing the magnetic material on the surface of monomer phase liquid drops 10 to form a magnetic layer 2 by making the water based dispersion medium W alkaline while suspending and dispersing the monomer phase into the liquid drops 10 and after that, forming resin particles 1 by the polymerization of the monomer phase.</p> |
