PURPOSE:To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor having large capacitance and high reliability, in a solid electrolytic capacitor wherein conductive polymer compound is applied to solid electrolyte, and the manufacturing method of the capacitor. CONSTITUTION:After dielectric material 2 is formed on the surface of valve action metal 1 turning to an anode, two conductive polymer compound layers 3a, 4a are formed in order. The first conductive polymer compound layer 3a is formed by chemical oxidation polymerization using oxidizing agent. The second conductive polymer compound layer 4a is formed by generating conductivity by doping the polymer compound dissolved in organic solvent in the state of dedoping with protonic acid. After that, a graphite layer 5, silver paste 6, and electrode leads 7, 8 are formed in order, thereby completing a solid electrolytic capacitor. |
