PURPOSE:To obtain an improved bonding strength between a resin flange and a metal drum by means of a method being more convenient than the method wherein a conventional adhesive is used. CONSTITUTION:A flange 10 pressed into the inside of the end part of a drum 30 has a resin flange main body member (a) consisting of a cylindrical trunk part 16 to be fitted in the inside of the end part of the drum and having an outer diameter being approximately equal to the inner diameter of the drum and an flange-like part 18 adjoining thereto and a ring element (b) consists of a cylindrical part fitted on the inside of the cylindrical trunk part by pressing and with at least the same outer diameter as the inner diameter of the cylindrical trunk part. In addition, the cylindrical part of the flange main body element wherein the cylindrical part of the ring element is pressed in the inside can be pressed in the inside of the end part of the metal cylindrical drum and the flange main body element can be jointed with the cylindrical drum. |
