PURPOSE:To provide an agricultural and horticultural microcidal composition prepared by using a specified amide derivative and a specified control agent against plant diseases such as rice blast in combination and having an excellent control effect especially on rice blast, etc., by their synergistic effects. CONSTITUTION:An agricultural and horticultural microcidal composition prepared by using an amide derivative of formula I (X is H or Cl; Y is Cl or Br; R is methyl or vinyl) and one or more kinds of substances selected from the group of diisopropyl 1,3-dithiolan-2-ylidenemalonate, 5-methyl-1,2,4-triazol[3,4- b]benzothiazole, 3-allyloxy-1,2-benzointhiazole 1,1-dioxide and 1,2,5,6-tetrahydro-4 H-pyrrolo[3,2,1-ij]quinolin-4-one in combination. As the amide derivative of formula I, e.g. a compound of formula II and a compound of formula III are exemplified. The blending ratio of the latter compound is 0.1 to 10 pts.wt., preferably 0.5 to 10 pts.wt. based on 1 pt.wt. amide derivative. |
