PURPOSE:To obtain a culture device for fungi and algae capable of uniformly activating culture of fungi and algae, always supplying a culture solution of fungi and algae having stable high qualities by providing a liquid in a culture tank (a) with light rays and atmospheric air (carbon dioxide gas) as much as possible and rapidly and surely carrying out automatic control according to change in the preset temperature of the liquid to constantly maintain a given set temperature, capable of cleaning contaminated air by releasing a gas having an extremely high oxygen content. CONSTITUTION:A container 7 which is equipped with a heater 1, a liquid temperature sensor 2 and a liquid discharging part 3 at the bottom and with an intake vent 4 and an exhaust vent 5 at the top and a stirrer 6 in the interior is provided with a translucent cover 8 to form a culture tank (a). The culture tank (a) is laid on a frame (b) provided with a control device 9 and a cooler 10 in the interior, the cooler 10 is communicated with the intake vent 4 of the container 7 through a duct 11 and is connected to a control device 9 so that every thing can be regulated to provide the objective culture device for fungi and algae.
