PURPOSE:To set a clock at the time on master side without providing a calender on a subordinate device side such as slave and sub-slave, and calculate the time on the subordinate device side. CONSTITUTION:A host device having a master clock 1 and a subordinate device including slave clocks 2 and sub-slave clocks 3 are connected to each other through transmission lines to perform a transmission including a future time from the host device to the subordinate device, whereby a precise time setting can be performed even with the carry of the time. Further, the future time is transmitted from the subordinate device to the host device, whereby the time on the subordinate device can be calculated on the host device side. |
