SURFACE MOUNTING CONNECTOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a nylon 46 type surface mount connector which has a small linear expansion coefficient equivalent to that of a glass epoxy substrate and is excellent in dimensional stability and has solder resistance. CONSTITUTION:A composition formed by containing glass short fiber by 15 to 40weight% of the composition in mixture having a weight ratio 50/50 to 85/15 of nylon 46 and liquid crystal polymer, is obtained by injection molding. Then, a surface mounting connector having a lenghtwise directional linear expansion coefficient not more than 2.5X10<-5>( deg.C<-1>) is formed.
