A device capable of continuously measuring the horizontal and vertical radius of curved line in public works comprises a micro-processor (13) mounted on a tripod (14), a laser system (4) supported onto a turn-table (12) with several levellers (6), an EDM (1) mounted on the top of the laser system, a theodolite (2) disposed under the EDM, a calculator (3) cooperating with the micro-processor, and a laser source (5) positioned at the lower portion of the laser system. The micro-processor controls all the parts of the EDM, the theodolite and the laser system.
