The method is characterized by comprising first-contacting metal melts, being injected through a nozzle (10) and nitrogen gas being injected through two upper holes formed in two gas injector, and second-contacting it and an air injected throug two lower holes formed in two gas injector. As a result, the manufactured powder has the aim characteristics of apparent density, fluidity, grain size and grain shape.
