PURPOSE:To set up and maintain a procedure for managing a document and data by distributing document data to which a management number is allocated to a required destination to be distributed based upon document management data. CONSTITUTION:When a document management request is outputted from a recognition part 3, a management number is generated from document management data 7 and acquired as the management number of the document. Then a management number list is updated. In this case, any one of a specification MAX value, a planning document MAX value, a report MAX value, etc., sorted in the list is updated. Then document image data are accessed and the management number is synthesized and registered in a prescribed position of the image data. Then a request is outputted to a distribution managing part 9 to distribute the image data. The managing part 9 informs the existence of a document to be distributed to a destination to be distributed based upon the contents of the registered list of destinations to be distributed. When a person on the destributed destination receives the document, the managing part 9 confirms the reception and updates the list of distributed destinations. |
