<p>PURPOSE:To control the monitor camera device in a sense of direct visual observation by the supervisor without need of skill by touching a touch panel fitted onto a map of a supervised location and a touch panel on a monitor television screen CONSTITUTION:A supervisor selects a location desired to be supervised from a map 3 of a supervised location and presses a corresponding point on a 1st touch panel 1 fitted to the map 3. A coordinate signal of a location desired to be supervised is entered to a signal processing circuit 6 of a controller 5. The signal processing circuit 6 calls a drive control signal and a switching control signal corresponding to the entered coordinate signal from a storage circuit 7 thereby selecting a television camera corresponding to the entered coordinate among plural 1st, 2nd and 3rd television cameras 21, 22, 23. A turning base receiving the drive control signal is turned in a desired direction and the supervisor zooms up a desired position from the picture displayed on a monitor television receiver 4 by using a 2nd touch panel 2.</p> |
