<p>PURPOSE:To perform the set-up of a workpiece during machining and enable the change of a machining schedule during machining by disposing a control device and the like for performing the movement/stop control of a pallet, the carry-in/out control of a workpiece to/from a machining means and the control of a machining schedule. CONSTITUTION:A control device 14 is connected to the CNC 12 of an NC machine tool 8 through an interface 16 so as to read a registered machining data number, to delete optional machining data, to transmit machining data, and the like. The control device 14 also communicates the search and start of a machining program to the PLC 13 of the NC machine tool 8 through the PLC 15 thereof. The control device 14 further displays set-up contents on the display 11 of a workpiece set-up table 25 through the interface 16 and receives a set-up completion signal from an input device. The control device 14 transmits and receives data to/from the PLC 13 of the NC machine tool 8, the control PLC 24 of a conveyance magazine 1, a conveyance instructing device 4, a manual-automatic switching door 3, a material detecting device 27, and the like.</p> |
