PURPOSE:To make boarding landing and loading/unloading of the cargo to from a ship easily and increase safety by making the upper bottom part of a mooring hole collide with the top of a supporting column when a floating body falls to a specified height to control the falling height of the floating body. CONSTITUTION:When the sea level is, for example, at a high water level, the top of a movable preventing column 25 inserted into a sleeve member 12 is separated by a distance of S from the bottom surface of a cushion member 18 which forms the upper and bottom surfaces of a mooring hole 8. In a floating pier 1 of such a structure, a floating body 5 is guided by the movement preventing column 25 and moved up and down approximately in vertical direction according to the water level of a tide. Also, when the floating body 5 lowers to a specified position, a top plate 19 collides with the top of the movable preventing column 25 through the cushion member 18. |
