<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a machine tool from being stopped without an NC program by taking such measures as to put a pertinent workpiece out of a machined object in the case of a necessary NC program not existing and to delete a machining program unused for a following workpiece to be machined. CONSTITUTION:The PLC 7 of a control device 1 is connected to the machines 3a-3c of plural NC machine bodies 5a-5c by communication cables, and the interface 8 of the control device 1 is connected to plural machine NC devices 2a-2c by communication cables. Plural NC program control panels 4a-4c are connected to the PLC 7 of the control device 1 by communication cables, while an automatic programming device 6 is connected to the interface 8 of the control device 1 by a communication cable. In the case of a necessary NC program not existing, a pertinent workpiece is put out of a machined object, and a machining program unused for the following workpiece to be machined is deleted.</p> |
