<p>PURPOSE:To increase hot offset generating temp. and to improve thermal preservable property, electric property and low temp. fixing property by dispersing a non-crosslinked resin in a crosslinked polyester so as to have specific particle diameter at room temp. and compatibilizing with each other at a specific temp. CONSTITUTION:This toner binder is composed of the crosslinked polyester resin and the non-crosslinked resin and the non-crosslinked resin is dispersed in the crosslinked polyester so as to be <=5mum in particle diameter at room temp. and is compatibilized with the crosslinked polyester resin at 100-150 deg.C. The crosslinked polyester resin is obtained by using a bivalent carboxylic acid, a dihydric alcohol and >=3 valent carboxylic acid component and/or >=3 hydric alcohol and is preferably 40-80 deg.C in glass transition point. And the non- crosslinked resin is selected from polyamide, polyurethane, polyester or the like and the weight ratio of the non-crosslinked resin to the crosslinked polyester resin is 0.01/1 to 0.40/1, preferably 0.05/1 to 0.30/1.</p> |
