<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the drift of the settling tank liquid of a settling tank regardless of oscillation by circumferentially providing the inner side of the settling tank with a trough tank, installing plural partition plates in a radial direction to the settling tank and further, adjusting the top ends of a fluidization tank, settling tank and trough tank at the same level and pressing the rear surface of the cap plate of a reaction chamber thereto. CONSTITUTION:The treated water is treated stably without overflowing of the liquid in the settling tank B0 outside the system and without inducing short circuit flow in the prescribed outside route by the effect of a cap 10 and the partition plates in a radial direction even if, for example, a fluidized bed device body 1 oscillates during the time the water flows into the device body 1 before the water is discharged as the treated water. Further, the in-tank liquid does not pass in the prescribed amt. or above from an overflow hole 12 disposed at the cylindrical partition plates 5 and, therefore, the fluctuation in flow is lessened and the zone in the settling tank B0 is stabilized. The water is thus drained as always the clean treated water.</p> |
