PURPOSE:To perform input by blind touch in an input device using a touch panel. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a display device 1 provided with a display surface 7 for displaying keys 11, a pressure sensitive touch panel 2 fixed on the display surface for detecting a pressed position and generating a corresponding signal and the piercing member 3 freely attachably and detachably mounted to the display device for covering the touch panel at the time of being mounted provided with openings 13 in parts corresponding to the areas of the respective displayed keys. The keys constitute a keyboard or a ten key for instance. The opening is provided with a size for bringing a part of the tip part of a finger used for pressing a key area in contact with the touch panel 2 and bringing the peripheral part of the part of the tip part of the finger in contact with the peripheral part 18 of the opening when the piercing member is mounted.
