PURPOSE: To produce a casting die by which a parting compound is produced, and produce a modified metal piece of a high quality at a proper cost for the hot forming of the encased metal piece. CONSTITUTION: For the hot forming of an encased metal part 2, parting compounds 3a and 3b of a single part shape, are used. The part consists of powder particles which are reinforced by sintering. The parting compound material is brittle at ambient temperature, and may plastically deform at the modification temperature of the metal part, or freely flow while keeping a high viscosity. |
