PURPOSE:To enable small area and highly reliable connection to a circuit board by an anisotropic conductive film. CONSTITUTION:A base material 22 of an FPC21 does not extend outside the long side edge of outermost side connecting terminals 23a of a terminal row. By constituting in this way, when the FPC21 is connected to a circuit board 24 by an anisotropic conductive film 26, the side ends of the base material 22 are not adhered to the circuit board 24 due to pressurizing force of a pressurizing tool, so that upward parting of a connecting terminal 23 in the second line from outside can be prevented. Thereby, since there is no need to arrange an auxiliary terminal, small area and highly reliable connection becomes possible. |
