PURPOSE:To dispense with the position adjustment of a suction device to sucked material such as a printed circuit board and perform suction easily and positively by constituting such structure that a space enclosing a ball being communicated with a suction port closed by the suction object is made into the vacuum state to vacuum-suck the suction object. CONSTITUTION:A suction device is used to take out numerous printed circuit boards 6, stacked in layers with holes opened, for instance, one by one by suction for conveyance. Inn this case, the bottom face of a body 1 is brought into contact with the surface of the printed circuit board 6, and air is sucked from each suction port 12a by a suction pump 3 through a solenoid valve 5 for opening/closing a connecting passage 2, a suction passage 13, the first communicating hole 15a of a valve seat part 15 in a micro flow valve 14, and the second communicating hole 16a of a ball receiving part 16. A vacuum space including a space A with a ball 17 enclosed therein is thereby generated in the suction port 12a closed by the printed circuit board 6, so that the printed circuit board 6 in the uppermost position is vacuum-sucked to the suction port 12a. |
