PURPOSE:To enable sure supply of oil and fat to a heat-cooking tray by forming bellows on the connection pipe of a header liquid-supplying nozzle of a nozzle- driving apparatus for detachably moving an oil-supplying nozzle to an oil- supplying port formed on the side wall of a heat-cooking tray. CONSTITUTION:Oil and fat are quickly filled in a hot-cooking tray through an oil-supplying nozzle from an oil-supplying port formed on the side wall of a heat-cooking tray stored in a treating tank 4 and a food in the tray is fried in the oil. Bellows 53a are formed on a connection pipe 53 of a header liquid-supplying nozzle 50 for supplying oil and fat to a liquid-supplying header 40 connected to the oil-supplying nozzle. The liquid-supplying header can be slightly turned together with a supporting frame around a shaft of a slide apparatus by this construction. Even if a small discrepancy of positions is formed between the oil-supplying nozzle supported by the oil-supplying header and the hot-cooking tray, the positional discrepancy can be absorbed by the bellows.
