PURPOSE:To secure an introducing passage of innert gas by preventing complete blockade of the passage from occurring owing to gate-sealing function of a pinpoint gate. CONSTITUTION:Temperature near a pinpoint gate 5 is detected with a thermocouple 7. A neighbourhood of an outlet side opening part 5a of the pinpoint gate 5 is heated with a heater 6. When innert gas is introduced through the pinpoint gate 5 just after completing injection of a resin material, perfect blockade of a passage is prevented from occurring by restraining drop of temperature of the pinpoint gate 5, and an introducing passage of innert gas is secured. |
