<p>PURPOSE:To conduct the stretching operation of a cable easily and efficiently by outputting a signal and stopping travelling when the traction load of the cable or a rope during the travelling of a car body exceeds a threshold. CONSTITUTION:A traction-load detecting means for detecting the traction load of a rope R caught to a hook for an escaping device 3 is mounted to a cable stretching car A, and the traction-load detecting means is composed of a pressure switch outputting a signal when the internal pressure of a pneumatic cylinder and a cylinder reaches a specified level. When the cylinder exceeds specified internal pressure by moment working to the escaping device 3 with the traction of the rope R, the pressure switch outputs a signal, an output signal is input to the travelling control means of a car body, and the travelling of the car body is stopped. Accordingly, even when excess load works to the front end of a boom device 2 during the traction of the rope R, the overturn of the car body can be prevented. Consequently, the stretching operation of the cable can be conducted easily and efficiently.</p> |
