PURPOSE:To provide a resin compsn. which gives a cured item resistant to electroless gold plating and electrolytic corrosion. CONSTITUTION:A resin compsn. contains an unsatd. polycarboxylic acid resin (A) which is produced by reacting a polybasic acid anhydride with a reaction product (I) of an unsatd. monocarboxylic acid compd. with an epoxy resin obtd. by reacting epichlorohydrin with a copolymer of 10mol% or higher imide compd. of the formula and 90mol% or lower other radical-polymerizable monomer, or the compsn. contains an unsatd. polycarboxylic acid-urethane resin (A') which is produced by reacting the reaction product (I), the polybasic acid anhydride, and an unsatd. monoisocyanate. A resist ink compsn. contains the resin A or the resin A'.
