<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in electrical conductivity, heat resistance, etc., with little occurrence of warpage when heated by mixing a cyclic olefin or cyclic olefin alloy resin with conductive potassium titanate fibers at a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:A cyclic olefin resin is produced by, e.g. grafting an epoxy compound onto a random copolymer of a cyclic olefin of the formula (n is 0 or 1; m is 0 or a positive integer; q is 0 or 1; and R<1> to R<18> and R<a> and R<b> are each H, halogen, hydrocarbon, etc.) and ethylene. 50-90wt.% of this resin or a cyclic olefin alloy resin obtained by alloying this resin with, e.g. polyamide is mixed with 50-10wt.% conductive potassium titanate fibers to produce the title composition. Since this composition is excellent in sliding characteristics, etc., and also excellent in dimensional stability when water is absorbed, it is suitable for the production of, e.g. a tray for IC chips.</p> |
